Because of MS instrumentation improvement, proteomics datasets expand rapidly and have to be handled using performant algorithms and efficient software. EDyP team developed three complementary software environments, namely Proline, ProStaR and ProteoRE that allow to master the successive steps from MS data acquisition and management to meaningful result production and biological knowledge extraction.

These software are free, open source, fully maintained and updated on a regular basis with one goal in mind: to share existing computing skills, know-how and tools across the proteomics community.
